Join us November 22 in our Textile Studio for a private screening event:

”A modern-day fairy tale and hymn to the healing power of nature and slow craft.”

Enroll in hands-on classes with personal guidance along the way.

  • The semester runs for 7 weeks, with face-to-face classes once a week. Over your first semester, you will learn the fundamentals of woodworking and how to safely use a saw, chisel, gouge, scraper, and hand plane. Students will often start with carving a spoon, and a box for keepsakes or cheeseboard. Once each student has successfully learned how to safely and properly work with hand tools and equipment they, can take on more complex projects.

  • A class tailored for enthusiasts of fabric arts and textile design.

Over the course of 7 weeks, students will learn the fundamental techniques of weaving and work on a variety of loom types. The class is great for all levels- from the total beginner to one with more advanced skills. Beginner-level students will make woven landscapes on simple frame looms. Using yarn, twine, ribbons, fabric, strips, and upcycled materials they will weave one or more handwoven landscapes ready to hang on the wall. Experienced weavers will work on more advanced looms such as Inkle or Rigid heddle looms. These students will also take on bigger and more complex projects such as a belt, scarf, tapestry, bag, pillow, etc.

  • Our studio invites you to join a vibrant community of artists and participate in a one-of-a-kind figure-drawing experience. Each three-hour session features a live model, providing an authentic and enriching experience for artists. The sessions are open to all skill levels, 18 and over, and easels are available on a first come first serve basis.
